Edge-device mmBox

NEW: Mechmine’s low-cost high-resolution vibration data acquisition unit mmBox-mini

Unexpected machine break-down quickly leads to medium production losses. One solution is condition monitoring or predictive maintenance.

Detect roller bearing or gearbox damage, misalignment or imbalance at an early stage before damage and unexpected production downtime occur.

The mmBox-mini is suitable for cost-effective 24/7 monitoring of machines with only typ. 2 bearings but using high-resolution vibration data.

Mechmine’s high-end data acquisition box mmBox Mk.2 - edge device

Opinion from a vibration expert from Plattling, Germany, based on measurement results from slow runners (<600 RPM) with our mmBox: "...I've had a look at the measurement report and especially the performance of the hardware. So the platform is high-tech - you can really do something with it in terms of measurement. The fact is, it's convincing!"
