GENILEM was founded 1995 as a non-profit organisation which supports young Swiss entrepreneurs with a 3 year Coaching. GENILEM Zürich-Ostschweiz is sponsored by the UBS, Robert and Ruth Heuberger-Stiftung and since 2016 by Eligendo AG, an Executive Search-Firma from Zürich.
